How can i get my order Exchanged/Returned?
You can write us an email at trendcollection826@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange/Return. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to help you process your return. 
Terms for Exchange / Returns :
- Orders can be exchanged/returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Any requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products bought during the sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- COD orders will only be refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/ exchange will not be processed.
Return Pickup :
- Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 150.
- For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (including customs duty or any other charges that may apply) for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The refund will be processed once we’ve received the product back.
Refund Process :
- A refund will be initiated 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.
